About the Role
You will own AI-agent outcomes and the full deployment lifecycle, from pre-sale scoping through post-launch optimization. You will design, test, and iterate on agents with forward deployed engineers, lead customer relationships, facilitate workshops, and improve deployment playbooks.
Requirements
- Have 5 or more years of experience in technology consulting, implementations, product, or customer success roles
- Have experience leading complex deployments and customer relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate technical understanding, systems thinking, and exposure to building agents
- Be comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic startup environment
- Demonstrate passion for AI, automation, and customer experience
Responsibilities
- Own AI Agent outcomes and customer success metrics
- Own the AI Agent deployment lifecycle from pre-sale scoping through post-launch optimization
- Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents with Forward Deployed Engineers
- Lead customer relationships as the primary point of contact for AI Agent
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth implementation and improve the platform
- Improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment
