About the Role
You will partner with customers from discovery through launch to translate their goals, processes, and technical constraints into scalable Notion architectures. You will design AI-native workflows, guide adoption and change management, create implementation plans, and turn repeatable customer patterns into reusable assets. You will work from the Paris office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or customer engineering
- Consultative discovery skills
- AI workflow design and automation experience
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, and developer workflows
- Implementation, adoption, and change management experience
- Project and engagement management
- Written and verbal communication
- English fluency
- French fluency
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers from discovery through launch
- Design scalable Notion architectures
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows
- Create adoption plans, enablement materials, and launch approaches
- Convert repeatable patterns into packaged solutions and reference architectures
- Advise customers on technical requirements and implementation tradeoffs
- Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and services stakeholders
- Create implementation plans, handoff materials, and success measures
