About the Role
You will serve as a technical expert on Codex for customers. You will design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows, build demos and integrations, lead workshops, create technical guidance, gather deployment insights, and advise customers on architecture, readiness, security, and adoption.
Requirements
- Mandarin fluency
- 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing experience
- Experience using and customizing AI coding tools
- Experience building demos, integrations, and prototypes
- Experience delivering technical workshops or training
- Technical writing experience
- Knowledge of customer success, reliability, safety, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on Codex for customers
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows
- Build demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations
- Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and enablement sessions
- Contribute examples, guides, patterns, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook
- Gather customer deployment insights and translate them into product proposals and feedback
- Advise customers on solution architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, security, and adoption
