About the Role
You will own and scale the fixed asset function across data center infrastructure. You will manage the asset lifecycle from capitalization policy and CIP tracking through depreciation, disposals, and impairment. You will maintain accurate, audit-ready records and align accounting with US GAAP and IFRS.
Requirements
- 7+ years of fixed asset or property accounting experience
- At least 2 years in a lead or senior manager capacity
- Knowledge of ASC 360, capitalization, CIP accounting, and depreciation methodologies
- Experience managing fixed asset subledgers at scale in NetSuite or a similar ERP
- Experience reconciling fixed asset subledgers to the general ledger
- Knowledge of month-end close processes
- Experience in a high-growth technology, data center, or capital-intensive industry
