About the Role
You will review and investigate fraud cases, make decisions on their outcomes, and escalate unusual activity to internal experts. You will follow written policies and procedures, collaborate with other teams, and provide efficient customer support. You will work rotating night shifts from 10pm to 6am.
Requirements
- Work rotating night shifts between 10pm and 6am
- Have previous Customer Support or FinCrime experience
- Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Work rotational shifts five days per week in a 24/7/365 environment
Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and decide the outcomes of fraud cases
- Escalate unusual activity to internal experts
- Follow written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
- Cooperate with other teams to provide efficient support and maintain customer satisfaction
