About the Role
You will keep production supplied by receiving, staging, stocking, and delivering subassemblies and components to quality-control and final-assembly stations. You will monitor inventory, perform data entry and cycle counts, process outbound shipments, move pallets, manage packaging waste, and maintain safe, organized material-staging areas.
Requirements
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout a shift

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities
- Stock QC-passed subassemblies and components at final assembly lines
- Receive and unbox incoming subassemblies
- Stage and feed materials to QC stations
- Break down packaging, manage waste, and maintain clear facility pathways
- Assist with receiving and moving pallets in and out of production areas
- Monitor material levels and replenish stations before shortages occur
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe material-staging areas
- Communicate material issues and shortages to production leads
- Improve material flow, handling time, and workplace safety
- Enter material-movement data and issue, count, and pull stock from racks
- Conduct inventory verification and cycle counting
- Use shipment-processing software to prepare outbound shipments
- Perform additional duties supporting production and operations
