About the Role
You will manage day-to-day payment-processing issues with network partners and drive improvements across technology, product, business, and partner relationships. You will resolve BAU tickets and escalations, identify root causes, analyze payment trends, and share actionable insights. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve payment speed and efficiency through automation and best practices. You will monitor partner incidents and enhancements, organize periodic service meetings with partner banks, and contribute to special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–9 years of experience in the finance or banking industry
- Knowledge of the payments industry
- Experience in fintech companies is an advantage
- Payments product knowledge, including SWIFT, ACH, payment gateways, instant transfer, API, and SFTP

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day payment-processing issues and challenges with network partners.
- Plan and execute improvements across technology, product, business, and network relationships.
- Resolve assigned BAU tickets and escalations in a timely manner.
- Analyze root causes and implement fixes to prevent recurring escalations.
- Analyze payment-processing patterns and trends and share regular insights.
- Assess partner engagement opportunities and provide insights on payment experience, issue resolution, and customer centricity.
- Develop an understanding of current processes involving partner banks and management.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to improve payment speed and efficiency.
- Use best practices and automation to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Obtain updates from partner banks on new features and enhancements.
- Monitor critical incidents reported by partner banks.
- Plan and organize periodic service meetings with partner banks.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
