About the Role

This role owns FP&A across multiple markets, products, and entities, reporting to the Chief of Staff. It involves forming independent views, challenging business assumptions, informing strategic decisions, supporting fundraising, and modernizing finance systems through automation and AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CPA preferred
  • 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
  • Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to turn complex data into recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep curiosity about fintech business models, unit economics, and market trends
  • Strategic, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and weekly reporting cycles, delivering decision-ready outputs and recommendations
  • Prepare board and management materials, distilling complex analyses into clear narratives on company performance
  • Work with product and commercial leaders to challenge business logic, optimize unit economics, and drive accountability for growth targets
  • Surface variances and deliver actionable insights independently
  • Support capital-raising efforts by leading data room preparation
  • Assemble, analyze, and quality-check financial models, performance data, and supporting materials for investor due diligence
  • Partner with accounting, commercial, and data teams to identify inefficiencies in finance systems and processes
  • Apply automation and AI to sharpen analytics and strengthen reporting accuracy
