About the Role
You will shape advisory strategy in the Americas, lead multidisciplinary engagements, and coordinate concurrent client projects. You will advise senior financial-services and public-sector stakeholders on capital-markets challenges, create analyses and client content, originate and expand engagements, and connect relevant capabilities across the business. You will also mentor staff and develop project-leadership capability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial-sector experience
- Experience in investment or corporate banking, strategy consulting, advisory, or investing
- Record of business building, revenue generation, or senior client relationship expansion
- Understanding of capital markets and private markets
- Understanding of financial ecosystem participant operating models and balance sheets
- Strategic advisory skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Problem-solving and judgment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Quantitative and technical finance skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Shape advisory strategy and identify growth priorities and new opportunities
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams
- Lead engagement design, planning, and coordination across concurrent projects
- Serve as a day-to-day liaison for senior client stakeholders
- Create client content, solve problems, conduct quantitative analysis, and provide advisory recommendations
- Originate new engagements and expand existing client relationships
- Develop advisory and investment collaboration opportunities
- Engage with senior management, industry participants, lenders, developers, and investors
- Mentor and coach team members
- Develop project leadership capabilities
