About the Role
You will build and operate data infrastructure that ingests, transforms, and serves financial datasets. You will design scalable pipelines and integrations, support AI retrieval systems, protect customer data, and improve engineering standards through your technical decisions and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building data-intensive backend systems
- 5+ years of experience with GCP or an equivalent cloud stack
- Expertise in Python for backend and API systems
- Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Java
- Expertise designing distributed systems, streaming, queuing, caching, and observability
- Strong relational database, SQL, NoSQL, Redis, and columnar-store knowledge
- Experience building streaming and batch data pipelines
- 3+ years working with globally distributed engineering teams
- Knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial data
