About the Role
You will architect, build, and improve scalable backend systems and APIs. You will improve distributed-service performance, reliability, and safety; implement data and integration solutions; contribute to architecture and design reviews; and work across functions to mitigate adversarial attacks while protecting user experience.
Requirements
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and backend languages including Go, Python, Rust, or C++
- Experience setting up and maintaining production backend services and data pipelines
- Experience building resilient services at large scale
- Ability to own problems end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and improve scalable backend systems and APIs
- Drive performance, reliability, and safety across distributed services
- Implement data storage, retrieval, compute, and integration solutions
- Participate in long-term architectural planning and technical design reviews
- Collaborate on solutions that mitigate adversarial attacks without compromising user experience
