Lead the development and growth of high-value services created through synergies among PayPay Group companies, including PayPay Bank, PayPay Securities, PayPay Card, and PayPay Insurance. Communicate directly with business division heads and participate in project management and rapid decision-making within the bank.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of group ecosystem businesses and experience developing businesses or services in this area
  • Experience leading new service development, strategy planning, and marketing in retail finance
  • Knowledge and experience in retail areas including banking, credit cards, loans, securities, and insurance
  • Ability to structure, organize, and communicate issues
  • Communication ability to involve members with different languages and cultures
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and technology
  • Experience launching a new business
  • Experience implementing business transformation or restructuring
  • Business English proficiency, with TOEIC score of 800 or above preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and growth of high-value services through synergies among PayPay Group companies
  • Develop services that can be realized through the PayPay Group ecosystem
  • Communicate directly with business division heads
  • Participate in project management within the bank
  • Contribute to rapid decision-making
