About the Role
You will own the strategy, configuration, implementation, administration, and roadmap for finance systems. You will design integrations and workflows across ERP, planning, HRIS, payroll, CPQ, commissions, billing, and related tools. You will automate finance processes, document system architecture, manage access controls, and support system-related audits.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance systems, business systems, or related systems administration
- Experience implementing or administering a financial planning tool
- Experience integrating finance systems with adjacent functions
- Ability to build automation and workflows
- Ability to direct contractors or vendor CSMs on technical configuration
- Cross-functional partnership skills
- Experience operating as a systems generalist
- Based in San Francisco or New York with ability to work in person 3+ days per week
Responsibilities
- Own finance systems strategy, configuration, and roadmap
- Lead implementation and administration of finance systems and tools
- Own end-to-end integrations across finance systems
- Partner on HRIS, payroll, CPQ, and commission system data flows
- Build automation for finance workflows
- Evaluate tools and enhancements and build investment cases
- Document system architecture and workflows
- Manage system access, permissions, and controls
- Support system-related audit requests
