About the Role

You will build and operate financial governance for the deal desk. You will create processes, policies, pricing tools, and reporting; review and route deals; identify contractual risks; analyze deal trends; and partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Product Finance.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in deal desk revenue operations sales finance investment banking or a similar analytical role
Experience building and managing scalable commercial-workflow programs
Experience working with sales teams
Ability to read contracts and identify financially significant terms
Salesforce or comparable CRM or CPQ proficiency
SQL proficiency
Good judgment on deal escalation

Responsibilities

Develop financial governance processes for deal quoting and approvals
Advise Sales and RevOps on deal questions and pricing options
Create tools for term and prepayment tradeoffs
Review deals against policy and approve or route them for sign-off
Interpret contract language and flag financial accounting or operational risks
Build reporting on discounting deal cycle time and policy exceptions
Perform ad hoc GTM and Finance analyses
Partner with Sales RevOps Legal and Product Finance to keep deals moving
