About the Role

You will analyze deal growth, margins, discounts, and profitability. You will structure complex deals, coordinate sales, finance, legal, and compliance stakeholders, assess risks, maintain pricing policies, develop approval workflows, and report on deal performance.

Requirements

• Experience in deal strategy, deal desk, finance, sales strategy and operations, or related analytical roles
• Experience building financial models, optimizing pricing, and structuring complex deals
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience designing scalable workflows and improving processes
• Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms
• Ability to work accurately in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of enterprise software contract terms and commercial practices preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct growth, margin, discount-impact, and deal-profitability analysis
• Structure deals that meet customer needs and protect financial and strategic interests
• Review enterprise deals that exceed standard parameters
• Coordinate sales, finance, legal, and compliance stakeholders through the deal lifecycle
• Evaluate risks in non-standard deal terms and escalate them appropriately
• Develop deal approval policies, pricing guidelines, and exception procedures
• Create approval workflows, escalation procedures, and standardized templates
• Maintain deal documentation and report on deal strategy metrics and trends
