About the Role
You will manage daily liquidity and cash forecasting across bank and stablecoin accounts. You will produce merchant and partner reports, prepare leadership and board materials, analyze pricing and margins, maintain operating models and budgets, and run AR/AP processes while improving recurring finance operations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4 advisory, or FP&A/treasury at a high-growth company
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to build a three-statement model and cash forecast from scratch
- Ability to turn analysis into clear, concise leadership slides
- Ability to reconcile data across multiple sources
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is preferred
- Familiarity with interchange, processor fees, or merchant pricing is preferred
- Exposure to treasury operations, cash management, AR/AP, SQL, or other data skills is preferred
- Interest in stablecoins, crypto, or alternative payment rails is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily top-ups and liquidity tracking across bank and stablecoin accounts
- Build and maintain a 13-week cash forecast and automate a volume-driven model
- Own monthly merchant and referral partner reports and develop merchant profitability views
- Prepare monthly finance decks, board materials, and KPI dashboards
- Analyze merchant pricing, support pricing tools and quote-to-cash processes, and maintain operating models, budgets, and scenario plans
- Run the AP cycle and AR collections
- Write SOPs and help shorten the month-end close
