About the Role
You will manage complex enterprise deals and develop scalable processes that balance commercial speed with financial control. You will analyze growth, margins, discounts, and profitability; optimize deal structures; coordinate approvals across sales, finance, legal, and compliance; assess non-standard terms; and maintain deal policies, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct growth, margin, discount-impact, and deal-profitability analysis
- Structure deals that meet customer needs while protecting financial and strategic interests
- Review enterprise deals exceeding standard parameters
- Coordinate sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams through the deal lifecycle
- Assess risks in non-standard deal terms and escalate them appropriately
- Develop deal approval policies, pricing guidelines, and exception procedures
- Create approval workflows, escalation procedures, and standardized templates
- Maintain deal documentation and report on deal strategy metrics, trends, and performance
