About the Role

You will run finance and revenue operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, expense controls, and cash visibility. You will own budgets, forecasts, operating models, billing schedules, commissions, dashboards, financial controls, and commercial modeling while coordinating with external CPAs and internal leaders.

Requirements

• Five or more years of startup finance, strategic finance, accounting operations, investment banking, consulting, or related experience.
• In-house startup operating experience.
• Financial modeling and spreadsheet skills.
• Knowledge of three financial statements.
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable and payable, commissions, and recurring financial workflows.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Ramp, payroll platforms, CRM systems, HubSpot, and planning tools.
• Communication with leadership and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run finance operations including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, expense controls, and cash visibility.
• Own the operating model, budget, cash forecast, headcount plan, and scenario analysis.
• Maintain billing, renewal, and payment-term schedules.
• Administer sales commissions and incentive calculations.
• Partner on revenue forecasting and monthly close, taxes, and financial controls.
• Build management dashboards for operating metrics.
• Model pricing, contract economics, international expansion, and commercial decisions.
• Establish approval policies, documentation, and controls.
