About the Role

You will manage complex deals and create scalable deal-desk processes. You will analyze margins, discounts, and profitability; optimize deal structures; review pricing and contract terms; coordinate approvals across sales, finance, legal, and compliance; assess risk; maintain policies and workflows; and report on deal performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deal strategy, deal desk, finance, sales strategy and operations, or related analytical roles
• Experience building financial models, optimizing pricing, and structuring complex deals
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Process improvement and scalable workflow design experience
• Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms
• Ability to work accurately in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct growth, margin, discount-impact, and profitability analysis
• Structure deals with sales teams while protecting financial and strategic interests
• Review enterprise deals that exceed standard parameters
• Coordinate sales, finance, legal, and compliance approvals
• Evaluate non-standard deal risks and escalate appropriately
• Develop deal-approval policies, pricing guidelines, and exception procedures
• Create approval workflows, escalation procedures, and standardized templates
• Maintain deal documentation and report on deal metrics, trends, and performance
