About the Role

You will lead strategic pricing partners and guide complex commercial decisions across sales-driven channels. You will develop pricing and deal-approval frameworks, partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, improve Deal Desk capabilities with automation and AI, and create reporting, tools, playbooks, and scalable commercial processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic pricing, monetization, Deal Desk, commercial strategy, revenue operations, finance, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Experience supporting enterprise or upmarket sales motions and complex pricing negotiations
  • Experience developing pricing frameworks, discounting approaches, approval processes, or commercial policies
  • Financial acumen and data-informed analytical ability
  • Experience using technology, automation, AI, or data for commercial work
  • Experience operating at strategic and tactical levels
  • Clear communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop strategic pricing partners
  • Partner with Sales on complex and strategically important opportunities
  • Build relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Establish pricing, deal structuring, approval, exception, and commercial-risk frameworks
  • Expand Deal Desk capabilities through automation, AI, data, and scalable processes
  • Identify pricing, packaging, monetization, and portfolio-level opportunities
  • Establish reporting and operating rhythms for pricing performance and deal economics
  • Create tools, playbooks, and guidance for pricing and negotiations
  • Simplify and scale commercial processes
