About the Role
You will travel to support robot service needs, perform routine and incident maintenance, and repair robots promptly. You will help investigate major incidents, report repair and resolution metrics, and troubleshoot complex robotic systems using mechanical, electrical, and command-line tools.
Requirements
- Be local to Chicago, Illinois
- Travel for site inspections and repairs, including short-notice travel
- Read manufacturing work instructions, mechanical assembly drawings, and electrical schematics
- Use electrical and mechanical tools
- Use basic command-line tools
- Obtain vendor credentials with partner hospitals
- Have 3+ years of experience with commercially available products
- Troubleshoot complex robotic systems
- Work independently in the field
- Be a US citizen or permanent resident with work authorization
