About the Role
You will perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs; prepare vacant homes for move-ins; inspect properties; audit vendor work; and manage field service tasks through mobile applications. You will travel daily between local properties and work indoors and outdoors.
Requirements
- HVAC Type II Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Ability to use mobile applications for work orders and communication
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and property onboarding inspections
- Audit work completed by external vendors
- Manage service tasks using mobile applications
- Post legal notices
- Perform other assigned duties
