About the Role

You'll head out into your assigned territory in Metro Cebu to find, approach, and onboard small and medium-sized enterprise merchants. You'll pitch and sell payment solutions like QR payments, e-wallets, and POS terminals to local businesses, and you'll be the one guiding merchants through the entire onboarding process alongside the Product, Operations, and Technical teams. You'll negotiate discount rates and commercial terms, and once merchants are onboarded, you'll stay close to them as their main point of contact for support, questions, and concerns. You'll also track merchant performance to spot opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation, and you'll keep your finger on the pulse of the local SME market so your sales approach stays sharp and relevant.
