About the Role

You will own the North America and Europe event calendar from selection and budgeting through execution and reporting. You will manage event logistics, executive experiences, sponsorships, field enablement, event follow-up, inventory, spend, and pipeline performance reporting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years running B2B events at a technology company
• Experience owning trade shows and field programs
• Experience tying event spend to pipeline
• Project management experience
• Experience working with senior executives
• Salesforce experience
• Experience with HubSpot or Marketo
• Experience with Notion or Asana
• Spreadsheet skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the United States and Europe
• Valid passport

Responsibilities

• Own the North America and Europe event calendar from selection through reporting
• Manage event logistics, including contracts, booth production, shipping, registration, staffing, collateral, and lead capture
• Lead on-site execution at flagship events
• Design executive dinners, roundtables, advisory sessions, and hosted receptions
• Partner with Sales and SDRs on target lists, scheduling, coverage, and follow-up
• Report sourced and influenced pipeline, meetings, and cost per opportunity
• Manage sponsorship packages and contracted benefits
• Build field briefings, talk tracks, target lists, and staffing schedules
• Track budget spend and maintain Finance records
• Manage event inventory and research new event opportunities
