About the Role
You will build and measure a field marketing program from the ground up. You will plan and execute in-person and virtual experiences, partner with Sales on priority accounts, coordinate integrated campaigns, create scalable operating playbooks, manage budgets and vendors, and report on pipeline, revenue influence, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with 2+ years of field marketing or event experience, or 4+ years of events agency experience with B2B clients
- Experience building programs
- Experience partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue
- Project management skills
- Ability to measure marketing impact
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–35%
Responsibilities
- Build field marketing strategy, planning processes, measurement, and annual programming
- Develop integrated field marketing programs that generate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships
- Execute in-person and virtual events, workshops, conferences, roadshows, webinars, and community gatherings
- Partner with Enterprise Sales on priority accounts and territory plans
- Create event planning, sales engagement, lead follow-up, reporting, and operations playbooks
- Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, venues, and logistics
- Measure and communicate program impact
- Represent the organization at industry events and build customer, prospect, creator, and partner relationships
