About the Role
You will lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise customers. You will translate requirements into solution designs, advise on rollout and context configuration, deliver presentations and workshops, advocate for customer feedback internally, support post-sales handoffs, and contribute to strategic account planning.
Requirements
- Communication skills and executive presence
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of engineering organization structures and developer productivity
- Technical fluency in workflows, AI tooling, and debugging complex environments
- Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting for enterprise software
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs
- Guide customers on rollout, prompt strategy, and context configuration
- Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
- Advocate for customer feedback with Product and Engineering
- Support post-sales handoffs and customer onboarding
- Support strategic account planning and technical validation for expansion opportunities
