About the Role
You will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment. You will manage maintenance inventory, coordinate vendors, conduct safety inspections, implement preventive maintenance, maintain records, support maintenance schedules, and track repair and upgrade costs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of facilities maintenance or related technical experience
- Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
- Knowledge of building systems and fire protection
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues
- Respond to emergency repair requests
- Ensure maintenance complies with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain facility equipment and systems
- Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
- Coordinate external vendors and contractors
- Conduct building inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain repair, inspection, and maintenance documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Assist with maintenance schedules and work orders
- Track maintenance costs and support repair and upgrade decisions
