About the Role
You will assist with routine non-critical maintenance, repairs, inspections, and upkeep of facility areas. Under supervision, you will support critical-equipment operations and limited offline maintenance, organize spare parts and tools, follow operating and safety procedures, document completed work and issues, and support scheduled maintenance activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on role
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with non-critical maintenance and repairs for doors, administrative areas, building envelopes, and landscaping
- Assist with operating critical equipment under direct supervision
- Assist with limited maintenance on offline critical equipment
- Support daily facility inspections and report potential issues
- Maintain spare-parts inventory and organize tools and equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Support scheduled maintenance and minor repairs
- Document completed work and observed issues
- Participate in training sessions
