About the Role
You will lead facilities, power-generation, and fiber operations for critical compute infrastructure. You will manage teams, maintenance, uptime metrics, budgets, vendors, incident response, infrastructure expansion, and continuous improvements across power, cooling, networking, and environmental systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive critical-facilities, power-generation, hyperscale infrastructure, or mission-critical operations experience
- 2+ years in a management or supervisor role
- Large-scale operations-team leadership experience
- Fiber optic network or high-bandwidth connectivity infrastructure experience
- Power-generation systems knowledge
- MEP systems knowledge
- BMS and SCADA knowledge
- Liquid cooling knowledge
- CMMS and monitoring platform proficiency
- Ability to work primarily onsite in the Memphis region
- Ability to travel and perform on-call duties
Responsibilities
- Lead facilities operations and power-generation teams
- Direct fiber teams and fiber infrastructure activities
- Manage critical infrastructure operations, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization
- Own uptime, repair, efficiency, and availability metrics
- Develop operating procedures, maintenance programs, and incident-response protocols
- Build and mentor multidisciplinary operations teams
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and hardware teams
- Manage budgets, vendors, inventory, and risk mitigation
- Drive automation, predictive maintenance, and sustainability initiatives
- Provide performance reports, root-cause analyses, and recommendations
