About the Role
You will own end-to-end building operations for a São Paulo facility. You will manage maintenance, cleaning, utilities, outsourced security, service providers, contracts, SLAs, facility improvement projects, workplace safety documentation, and facilities processes and budgets.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of facilities, workplace, or building-management experience
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers independently
- Professional English for written and spoken coordination with US teams
Responsibilities
- Lead building maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and workplace services
- Manage outsourced security providers and CCTV
- Manage service providers and vendors
- Own vendor contracts, SLAs, tickets, escalations, and issue resolution
- Lead facility adaptation and improvement projects
- Establish and maintain workplace safety routines and documentation
- Build the facilities playbook, including processes, providers, and budgets
