About the Role
You will lead AI Tutors delivering engineering training data and evaluations. You will review and label work, maintain quality standards, improve workflows, build training and certification materials, track operational metrics, coach staff, and communicate project progress and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field
- 2+ years of professional engineering experience or a master's degree or higher in engineering
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and training-data quality
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors
- Review and label work to maintain quality standards
- Ensure guideline adherence, taxonomy management, and quality assurance
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and track KPIs
- Build and deliver training, practice, and certification materials
- Translate model needs into labeling strategies and requirements
- Document outcomes and report project status, risks, and results
