About the Role

Requirements

7+ years of recruiting experience
Experience managing complex senior-level or executive searches
Executive recruiting experience preferred
Strong executive presence
Experience building executive talent communities or pipelines
Research and sourcing capabilities
Market mapping experience
Competitive intelligence experience
Talent pipelining experience
Judgment and discretion with confidential information
Leadership talent assessment ability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
