About the Role
You will support the People Team through detailed administrative coordination, including managing calendars, emails, projects, interviews, candidate records, job postings, travel, expenses, reports, meetings, and events. You will use Outlook, Workday, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Working knowledge of Workday and Asana
- Business acumen and interest in media, sports, and entertainment

Responsibilities
- Manage emails and calendars using Outlook
- Coordinate tasks, projects, reminders, deadlines, and email drafts
- Maintain schedules for staff check-ins, department check-ins, and regular meetings
- Assist with Workday data reports and basic data preparation
- Book travel and manage expense reports
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers
- Maintain the candidate database and oversee incoming inquiries
- Prepare and post jobs
- Develop business knowledge of company and departmental objectives
- Coordinate hosted events
