About the Role
You will lead end-to-end searches for C-suite, VP, and senior director roles. You will define candidate profiles with key stakeholders, develop search strategies, cultivate executive relationships, manage complex interview processes, and create compelling value propositions for candidates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of executive search experience, including 4+ years in technology-sector roles
- Track record of placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth technology companies
- Understanding of semiconductor, GPU, AI/ML, or related hardware and software technology markets
- Executive talent network in relevant industries
- Experience with venture-backed startups and startup dynamics
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and senior director roles
- Develop search strategies for critical leadership roles
- Define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles with founders, board members, and executives
- Leverage executive candidate networks in cloud computing and AI
- Build relationships with executive talent through events and strategic networking
- Manage multi-stakeholder interview processes and assessments
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Develop value propositions for executive candidates
