About the Role
You support regional leadership and business development activities by managing complex calendars, global and domestic travel arrangements, meetings, expense reports, correspondence, invoices, reports, and other documents. You coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, handle confidential information, assist with special projects and events, and exercise independent judgment and discretion in your work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1–2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency with calendar management tools such as Google Calendar and Outlook
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Experience processing expense reports
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and support special events
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Director and regional Business Development teams with schedules, calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and counterparts to support smooth business operations and information flow
- Perform administrative assignments using office procedures
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize activities appropriately
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports
- Coordinate domestic and global travel arrangements and meetings
- Communicate with external partners to support scheduling and business activities
- Compose emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Handle confidential information
- Assist with special projects and complex assignments
- Coordinate special events
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate arrangements such as catering
- Support holiday parties, dinners, conferences, and other events
