About the Role

You will provide high-touch executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer. You will manage urgent and confidential matters, maintain the CEO’s schedule, anticipate personal and professional needs, organize travel and itineraries, coordinate projects and events, manage communications and calls, prepare confidential correspondence, and handle expense reports. You will also identify process improvements and help the CEO operate effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience providing high-touch support to a C-suite executive
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth environment
  • Experience managing intricate and time-sensitive scheduling demands
  • Experience organizing travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, off-site meetings, and employee retreats
  • Experience managing high volumes of email and coordinating calls and meetings
  • Experience drafting confidential correspondence for C-suite executives
  • Experience handling expense reports
  • Experience working with late-stage technology startups or established public technology companies
  • Based in North America EST or the United Kingdom
  • Highly responsive and able to address urgent matters
  • High level of security and confidentiality
  • Proactive approach to task execution and anticipating future needs
  • Clear, direct, empathetic communication and strong listening skills
  • Self-directed initiative and problem-solving ability

  • Shape information and organizational dynamics
  • Identify efficiency and process improvements
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas
  • Coordinate projects and event planning activities
  • Coordinate off-site meetings and employee retreats
  • Manage a high volume of emails
  • Flag important messages and coordinate calls and meetings
  • Draft confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle expense reports
