About the Role
You will support an executive in the Financial Planning & Analysis team by managing complex calendars, processing expense reports, preparing confidential correspondence, arranging travel, and coordinating stakeholders. You will organize meetings and leadership events, document agendas and action items, improve administrative processes, and provide clerical and occasional personal support while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to changing priorities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
- Experience supporting technology or software teams is desirable
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and manage time effectively
- Experience planning and executing team offsites or large-scale events
- Content creation skills for decks, agendas, and executive communications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
