About the Role
You support the Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Finance by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, events, expenses, and projects. You coordinate audit committee meetings, prepare briefings, maintain visibility into key engagements, liaise with the executive's team, and contribute to Executive Assistant team initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting a senior C-suite leader
- Technology or banking industry experience preferred
- Experience coordinating board and audit committee meetings
- Heavy calendar management experience
- International travel coordination experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to commute to the San Francisco office 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for the CFO and broader G&A team
- Coordinate audit committee meetings
- Triage and reply to emails, Google comments, and Slack channels
- Manage the CFO's inbox and follow-ups
- Coordinate speaking engagements and conferences
- Manage international travel, visa requirements, and itineraries
- Provide end-of-day briefings to the CFO
- Track key meetings, external events, and conferences
- Plan and execute team meetings, events, and offsites
- Coordinate agendas, materials, budgets, logistics, and hospitality
- Approve expenses, travel, and time-off requests
- Liaise between the executive and their team
- Contribute to Executive Assistant team projects
