About the Role
You manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, act as the primary contact for stakeholders, support marketing strategies, prepare reports and presentations, manage data, organize communications, protect confidential information, identify opportunities to improve collaboration, and arrange travel and accommodation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology, startup, or Web3 environment
- Knowledge of Web3 and RWA sectors
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fully distributed team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex calendars
- Analytical and strategic planning ability
