About the Role

You will support two executives of the Ripple leadership team based in San Francisco, playing a crucial role in keeping the team organized and operating optimally. You'll manage busy calendars, prioritize conflicting needs, and follow through on projects under deadline pressure. You'll book and maintain travel arrangements for members of three teams, plan and prepare information for meetings and presentations, take detailed meeting minutes, arrange team outings and events, and prepare and file executive expense reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability working as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience with Google Apps and Concur

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars with heavy scheduling requirements
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively
  • Follow through on projects to successful completion under deadline pressures
  • Book and maintain travel arrangements and reservations for members of three teams
  • Plan and prepare information for meetings, presentations, interviews
  • Take detailed meeting minutes as needed
  • Arrange and book team outings, lunches, and events
  • Prepare and file executive expense reports
