About the Role

You will provide proactive support to three senior global leaders. You will manage complex calendars, protect focus time, resolve conflicts, triage requests, draft communications, coordinate leadership meetings, track commitments, manage international travel, support visiting executives, and ensure priorities and context reach the right people.

Requirements

• 6+ years supporting C-suite executives in a high performance environment
• Exceptional judgment
• Discretion handling confidential information
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong written communication skills
• Precision under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365
• Complex multi-time-zone calendar management experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• No employment authorization sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars for three senior global leaders
• Protect focus time and prepare executives for important meetings
• Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact
• Triage requests and route information with judgment
• Draft time sensitive executive communications
• Coordinate leadership forums offsites and strategic discussions
• Capture outcomes and track commitments
• Manage domestic and international travel end to end
• Coordinate visiting executive and candidate logistics
• Translate executive intent into clear actions
• Surface relevant organizational information proactively
