About the Role
The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, support stakeholders and marketing initiatives, prepare reports and presentations, manage data and communications, protect confidential information, and improve collaboration and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology, startup, or Web3 environment
- Knowledge of Web3 and RWA sectors
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fully distributed team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex calendars
- Analytical and strategic planning ability
