About the Role
You will provide hands-on executive and office support for senior leadership in Boston. You will manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, administrative processes, and CRM data. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners, support business-development diligence, and improve operational processes as the office scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive partnering or similar experience in a tech-focused, AI, or biotech organization
- Experience coordinating complex projects and improving operational processes across teams
- Experience in a scaling startup environment
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership with complex calendar management and global scheduling
- Event planning and logistics experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar scheduling and productivity tools
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for senior leadership across time zones
- Arrange domestic and international executive travel, itineraries, and expense processes
- Plan and deliver meetings, team events, socials, and offsites
- Streamline recurring processes and complete ad hoc scaling projects
- Collaborate with People, Operations, Business Development, and UK-office counterparts
- Support business-development diligence, communications, follow-ups, and material organization
- Maintain and update CRM systems and partnership data
