About the Role

You will provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of US Law & Policy. You will manage priorities, calendars, correspondence, deadlines, travel, expenses, IT administration, events, CRM records, and team coordination. You will anticipate issues, prepare meeting materials, and make sound day-to-day judgments in a fast-moving policy environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain meaningful overlap with US Eastern working hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, priorities, focus time, and meeting scheduling
  • Research and prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and background materials
  • Draft and triage substantive correspondence and track invitations
  • Track commitments and deadlines, block time for projects, and flag risks early
  • Handle day-to-day IT matters, including Slack administration and subscription renewals
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, reimbursements, and expenses
  • Identify beneficial programs, initiatives, and opportunities
  • Support team events, retreats, HR administration, and CRM maintenance
  • Complete occasional personal administrative tasks for the Director
