About the Role
You will define and execute the company's global event strategy, decide which conferences and hosted experiences to invest in, and own events end-to-end. You will plan and execute hosted events and sponsorships, manage production and logistics (including venue sourcing and on-site flow), collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications on content and messaging, develop measurement frameworks (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, feedback, NPS) and connect event performance to business outcomes with Sales and RevOps, and create repeatable operational processes, templates and debriefs to scale the program.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing with ownership of strategy and execution for senior audiences
- Experience building and managing events portfolio including third-party conferences and hosted experiences
- Strong creative and editorial judgment for event content, speakers, environment and experience design, with ability to tailor to fintech or financial services leaders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services or blockchain is a plus; curiosity and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Define and execute event strategy and roadmap
- Build and maintain events portfolio supporting brand relationship and pipeline goals with selection criteria and investment tiers
- Plan and execute hosted events end-to-end, including VIP dinners, workshops, summits and experiential activations
- Manage production and logistics, including venue sourcing, on-site experience and show flow
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications to align event content and messaging
- Develop measurement frameworks (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, feedback, NPS) and connect event performance to business outcomes with Sales and RevOps
- Create and maintain repeatable operational processes, templates, checklists and debriefs to scale events
