About the Role

You will own external financial reporting and equity accounting. You will lead SEC reporting, manage stock-based compensation and equity disclosures, work with auditors and internal partners, maintain SOX controls, research technical accounting matters, and implement scalable reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA certification
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant SEC reporting exposure
• US GAAP, SEC reporting, and XBRL knowledge
• Equity accounting experience, including stock-based compensation, EPS, and APIC roll-forwards
• Workiva or comparable disclosure-management software experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP system experience

Responsibilities

• Own stock-based compensation accounting, equity reconciliations, EPS and dilution calculations, and equity-related SEC disclosures
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, and Stock Administration on equity transactions and reconciliations
• Lead preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q and 10-K, financial statement footnotes, MD&A, XBRL tagging, and other SEC reports
• Serve as the primary accounting partner for external auditors
• Maintain SOX controls and evaluate accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements
• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of Workiva or a similar reporting platform
• Research and document technical accounting positions for complex transactions
