About the Role

You collaborate with account executives and customer technical contacts to architect solutions, provide tailored support, create technical demonstrations, develop enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify integration patterns to standardize and scale.

Requirements

Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
Strong technical background in software development and architecture
Proficiency in Python
Understanding of common integration patterns
Communication skills adaptable to different audiences
Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
Ability to architect integrations between customer solutions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account executives to improve the technical sales process
Work with customer technical contacts to provide support and architect solutions
Create technical demonstrations
Create technical enablement resources
Build self-service tools and documentation
Identify integration patterns and features to productize
Work with product teams to implement integration patterns
