About the Role
You will lead technical discovery architecture discussions and design secure trust enabled systems You translate customer needs into secure architectures and deliver demos PoCs and technical validations You support strategic deals and unblock complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Total experience of at least 4 years with 2+ years in technical customer facing roles
- Strong engineering foundation in distributed systems APIs microservices and cloud architectures
- Builder mindset comfortable writing code integrating systems and prototyping
- Experience across startup and enterprise environments
- Ability to prototype and know what to scale
- Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth2 OIDC SAML) cryptography or decentralised identity models
- Strong communication translating complex concepts across technical and business audiences
- Hands on experience with AI systems and modern development tooling
- Ability to identify patterns and translate them into reusable solutions and product inputs
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping early stage markets
- Player coach mindset able to guide others
- Strong prioritisation focusing on real outcomes
- Experience guiding customers from discovery through to production adoption as trusted technical advisor
- Experience communicating with engineers and senior stakeholders
- Mandarin language skills are required

- Deliver demos PoCs and technical validations

- Design and implement consent driven standards based architectures
- Build prototypes and reference implementations
- Guide end to end deployments and customer adoption
- Produce clear architecture flows and compliance considerations
- Represent Affinidi at workshops and industry events
- Create reusable patterns and reference architectures to inspire and guide teams
- Feed customer insights into product and roadmap decisions
