About the Role
You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand prospect requirements, lead technical discovery, and translate use cases into solutions. You will deliver product demonstrations, manage proof-of-concept and pilot activities, train users during proof-of-value engagements, develop ROI business cases, and share field feedback with product management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience
- 3–5 years of technical pre-sales experience supporting large enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms
- Experience modernizing contact center operations
- Experience with Salesforce.com, contact center infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS environments
Responsibilities
- Qualify sales opportunities by translating customer requirements into technical requirements
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand prospect situations and challenges
- Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos
- Provide contact center and customer experience insights to prospects
- Drive adoption during proof-of-value engagements by training managers and users
- Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions and demonstrate ROI
- Run ROI workshops and develop financial business case proposals
- Provide product management feedback on field successes and failures
