About the Role
You will own enterprise product work from pre-sales technical validation through launch and post-launch iteration. You will translate customer requests into product decisions, design documents, tradeoffs, and defensible timelines. You will partner across revenue, engineering, and solutions to prioritize roadmaps and build repeatable enterprise processes.
Requirements
- Enterprise product decision-making experience
- Ability to explain product tradeoffs under pressure
- Experience managing strategic customer expectations
- Systems and platform-primitives thinking
- Technical architecture knowledge
- Ability to read code and assess engineering complexity
- Knowledge of reliability, security, and rollout quality
- Product documentation and specification writing
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise product work from pre-sales validation through post-launch iteration
- Turn enterprise requests into product decisions, design documents, tradeoffs, and timelines
- Assess technical complexity and architecture to guide customer requests
- Translate customer pain into roadmap priorities with revenue, engineering, and solutions stakeholders
- Build escalation paths, quality standards, launch processes, and enterprise playbooks
- Protect the product from bespoke services work while supporting strategic customers
